Q.What kind of analysis does your laboratory perform?

A. For a partial list of parameters please click the Laboratory Services tab at the top of the page. If you don’t see the parameter listed that you need, please contact us for availability.

Q.What types of samples does your laboratory analyze?

A. We analyze most all environmental samples, including drinking water, waste water, storm water, bulk, paint chips, soil, air, ice, fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and more!

Q.What is the standard turnaround time for analyzing samples?

A. Standard Turnaround time is 10 Business Days. Bacteriological samples are typically reported within 3 business days.

Q. Do you provide rush or “expedited” turnaround times?

A. Yes. For a 100% surcharge, we will provide you with results in 1-2 business days.  For a 50% surcharge, we will provide you with results in 3-5 business days. Please call us to discuss your turnaround needs. Note that a rush turnaround is not available for all parameters!

Q.What are the different data delivery options?

A. In addition to faxing and mailing the laboratory reports, we can provide electronic deliverables in a pdf format (which is preferred).

Q.Does your laboratory provide field sampling services?

A. Yes. DEL, Inc. is trained and qualified to collect samples for many different parameters. Please click the Field Services tab at the top of the page for more information on the field sampling we perform.

Q. Does your laboratory provide field sampling kits?

A. Yes. You may call, email or fax us to request a sample kit. A sample kit request form is available on our “Forms” page.  We will prepare your kit immediately upon receipt of your request. We can hold your kit here for pick-up or arrange a courier to pick it up and deliver to your facility.

Q. Does your laboratory provide sample containers?

A. Yes. DEL, Inc. will provide the necessary sample containers with labels for the parameters you require. All containers used for environmental sampling are precleaned and certified by a 3rd party to ensure cleanliness.

Q.What are your laboratory’s payment terms?

A. We ask that clients who only need a one-time analysis pay us upon receipt of results. Clients who plan on using our services regularly can fill out a credit application to open an account. We ask that our clients provide us with trade account and bank references so that we may grant them Net-30 Day terms on all future invoices.

Q.What are the payment options?

A. In addition to cash and check and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) payments, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. A 3% surcharge fee is added to all credit card payments.

Q.Is your laboratory insured?

A. Yes, DEL, Inc. is insured. We have a standard $1,000,000 general liability policy, as well as automobile insurance. We can provide our clients with insurance certificates upon request.

Q. Is your laboratory classified as a small business?

A. Yes. We are classified as a small business under the Federal Small Business Administration classification guidelines.
