Frank Risk, Jr – Founder
Originally from Coral Gables, FL Frank has resided in Jacksonville since 1974. His prior experience in a petroleum laboratory and a full service environmental laboratory have given him a wide knowledge base in the sampling analysis of environmental and petroleum based samples. Frank decided to open “DELI” with two main goals in mind: the first being to offer a personal level of service to all of his clients and the second being to provide data based on quality. With the variety of analysis we perform in house and the network of relationships we have built through the years allows us to offer a seemingly endless list of analytes to our clients.
